Returns and Refunds
- Buy with confidence! Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Breeze Baby.
- We are confident that we offer baby slings that are of the highest quality and comfort.
- If you are still not completely satisfied with any of our products, please contact us before returning your order within 14 days from shipping date and we will be happy to honour an exchange or refund, excluding shipping.
- Please include original receipt with all returns.
- To receive a full refund, returns need to be in re-saleable condition, unused and unwashed and in original packaging.
- Partial refunds on all other returns will be at our discretion.
- If you have an item that is not in ‘as new’ condition, please contact us prior to returning the goods.
- We recommend that all returns are sent via a traceable form of postage or shipping as we cannot be responsible for return packages lost in the mail.
Damaged or Faulty Items
- If you receive an item which is damaged we will replace it, or refund you the full cost if you prefer.
- We will refund you the postage cost for returning the damaged item.
- Please contact us with details of the problem and return the damaged item within 14 days of receipt.
- Once your return has been processed you will receive an email to the address you gave at the time of ordering, notifying you that you have been refunded.
- We process returns on a weekly basis however during busy periods, we may take longer.
- Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.
Ordering Details
- Orders can be submitted online either as a guest or as a registered customer.
- Registering an account has its benefits. If you are a first time shopper at Breeze Baby, you will be able to create an account when you check out, which will enable you to track the status of your orders, view order history and make future checkouts easier.
- By registering, you are creating an account that only you may access by using your email address and a password that you have created. If you signed up on our email list, this does not mean you are registered.
- You can also place an order by calling us during business hours on 1300 725 276 (within Australia) or +61 3 6240 4000 (International).
- Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of order receipt and payment.
- We will issue a confirmation email once your product is dispatched.
- We accept the following payment methods - PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Personal cheques, Money Orders, Direct Deposit.
Shipping and Handling
- All Breeze Baby slings are sent FREE Express Postage within Australia.
- Australia Post guarantees next day delivery if the receiving address is within the national next business day network which operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and a number of other important centres. - All International Orders are sent Air Mail at a flat rate of $27.50 and will arrive within 3-10 days.
- Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of order receipt.
- We will issue a confirmation email once your product is dispatched

- Your details will not be exchanged with any third parties.
- We may contact you from time to time by email to let you know of new products and specials, however you may unsubscribe from this service at any time.
- Some basic information is collected from your Order Form to assist us in understanding how visitors access our site, however we will not sell personal information to, or share any personal information with any unrelated party.
